Q. Do I need to bring my own gear?
Whilst you are welcome to bring your own suitable gear, rigged rods and reels will be available on board for customer use.
Q. Do I bring my own food and drinks?
We carry water for emergency use on board but passengers need to bring their own food and drink. (No heating please)
Q. Are there any specific rules on the boat?
Safety is paramount. The Skipper will take all passengers through the rules and safety procedures before setting out. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for additional information / guidance.
Q. What happens if I feel sick?
There is a comprehensive first aid kit onboard and the skipper is a trained first aid provider, however, please inform the skipper of any known medical issues before the charter. If you know you are prone sea-sickness, please take preventative medication before setting out. If you are feeling ill, please let the skipper know and he will take steps to help you manage the situation.
Q. Can I keep what I catch?
Absolutley! As long as the fish fall within the size and species limits set by PIRSA for charter boats in SA.
We will keep your fish on ice to maximise freshness and eating quality whilst on board. We do not , however, clean your catch at the end of the day.
